Summary:
King Star Computer is seeking a Product Manager who can lead the development and integration of server/workstation system products for cloud and data center infrastructure. This is a key product management role focused on server product solutions where communication among remote teams and on-site product leadership for our development teams is critical to develop and enable operations to fulfill roadmap expectations. In addition to developing new top-of-the-line systems, the product manager is expected to collaborate with marketing and sales departments to promote products and interact with customers directly to sell these products. As a product manager, you will use strong technical and communication skills towards product definition strategy for King Star’s core product family including research into vertical-based customer solutions and the creation of an aggressive go-to-market plan. Ultimately, the Product Manager will become a core member of the Server Product Management team and engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product roadmap of server/workstation system products
- Strategy and partner closely with marketing, engineering, and business development to provide complete server solutions to customers
- Create technical product requirements for data center infrastructure solutions based on requirements.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and requirements
- Escalate critical issues to vendors for a solution

Qualifications:

Summary:
King Star Computer is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies and working with the Field Sales Team to analyze the current market and forecast the future trend.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation

- Develop actionable and data-driven short-term and long-term marketing strategies

King Star Computer is seeking a System QA Test Engineer with a background in both hardware and software. Resolve all system hardware related issues. High performance/scalable computing, system administration, cluster architecture or any other computing field where a mixture of software and hardware knowledge are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate with knowledge in Linux. Interest in Application and Network security is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Perform motherboard and other hardware functional testing using internal software tools
- Perform server configuration and system performance analysis
- Conduct functional and compatibility testing on various operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
- Work with customers and product management to understand the production use of a product and understand any advanced functionality requirements
- Stress test system to any issues with any components
- Report hardware and software quality assurance issues
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with software automation, unit level testing, white-box testing
- Experience with server, data center, networking hardware
- Familiar with server architectures
- Basic knowledge of networking (IPv4/6)
- Experience with Linux/Unix with strong in console/shell CLI
- Familiar with HPC, data center, networking architecture, system mechanics, etc.
- Knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, and of generally accepted office practices, procedures and equipment
